Esparza Enterprises, Inc company drivers are required to meet customers
needs. We offer vans, reefers, flatbeds, step-decks, and expedited freight.

Benefits
- We pay .32 a mile, deadhead, layover, and tarping.
- Short/Long at .18 runs available
- New equipment
- All conventional fleet
- Benefits after 90 days are available
- In-house safety program and driver training
Requirements:
- Must be 23 years old.
- 2 years of commercial experience, one in flatbed and tarping
- 48 state legal
- Clean D.M.V./ M.V.R within last 30 days and no more than 3 violations
in one year and no more 3 violations in three years.
- No F.T.A. (Failure to Appear)
- No accidents
- Wiling to be on the road 7 to 10 days at a time.
- We pay pending experience, .32 cents per mile and loaded .18 empty.
- We pay layovers if necessary.
- Hazmat not required.
